Vote for Roland Hanning Jackson.
  Vote for Reform UK.

The son of a farmer, I served in the army for twelve years before becoming a senior manager in the NHS. I am now a stay-at-home father and manage a small holiday let. I am passionate about supporting local businesses, improving early years education and fixing our roads and rubbish. Get the basics right!

Highland Council is the worst performing local authority in Scotland, while East Renfrewshire is the best. The findings are part of a Sunday Times analysis in July 2024, which looked at public services across the country.

I’m tired of the same old politics. No matter who we have voted for in the past, nothing has changed. They are all pushing the same policies that leave us colder and poorer. Reform is the only party that offers policies with substance. A vote for Reform is a vote for real change and a brighter future.

BOOSTING LOCAL BUSINESS
Our local businesses are the heartbeat of the Highlands. Let’s make it easier for them to thrive by cutting business rates, slashing parking costs & nurturing the high street. Support local, build strong communities!

TOURISM THAT WORKS FOR US
Tourism should lift us up, not wear us down. I’ll push for smart planning and better infrastructure, so we feel the benefit—not the burden. Let’s welcome visitors without straining our services!

SMOOTH ROADS & EMPTY BINS

Our roads are crumbling, and our bins are overflowing. I will work to reverse the latest nonsense bin collection changes and ensure our roads and infrastructure are properly maintained.

INVEST IN EARLY YEARS EDUCATION

Every child deserves the best start. I’m committed to more nursery places and better schools so every Highlander gets a fair shot at a bright future. Let’s invest in the next generation of Highlanders!
